Hi Candice, I want to congratulate CC&A’s staff for the incredible competence that I experience every time I call your office. The call is answered immediately, I’m put through to the correct person, I get the information required immediately, or soon thereafter by email. This is such a breath of fresh air when dealing with companies today. When I call the bank I have 1 in 5 chance of them answering and when they do I have to press all sorts of buttons and 10 minutes later I’m either at the wrong place and have to start all over again or the call is merely terminated. So I revert to email and then receive 3 varied out of office responses. After threatening, and if I’m lucky, I may get assistance. This accolade is not based on a comparison to other companies but purely on the level of competence experienced that in turn assists all of us to be more productive in what is expected of us. Well done.

I just had to drop you a line today and let you know I was thinking of you and your awesome team at the top of Fields Hill today.
We have our first insurance claim since living in the US. We have a pipe that appears to have burst under the slab of our house. Fortunately we caught it quick and at first glance the damage is minimal. I'm told to expect anywhere between $1,200 and $3,000 for repairs.
So I called the insurance co after getting so many conflicting stories from friends and plumbers in what the best course of action would be.
The insurance company seemed nice enough, but I'm simply a number in this big wheel. They offer no advice in the fear of getting sued and it will take 48 hours for the loss adjuster to contact me.
Our deductible is $1,000 which is pretty standard.
I miss being able to pick up the phone to get good honest advice from friendly humans!
South Africans are such good people!

The water in the dining room leak is fixed; the water leak in the garden is resolved; the electric fence is fixed; the burglar alarm is fixed; the holes in the wall are fixed; and Merle's car is fixed---and we got the R1000 refunded. A very sincere thank you for so professionally handling this series of disasters---I have said before that you are a STAR---and all the above proves it again.
